"Coffee Ice" The New Trendy Way To Drink Coffee

Now I will preface this by saying, I am not a coffee drinker.

I just can't get into it.

Coffee Ice Cream? Sure. Coffee Milk? I'm in. Coffee Beans covered in chocolate? Absolutely, sign me up!

A cup of coffee to drink? Not in a million years.

So I realize I'm not the target demo for this. But even still it looks like bunches of work for little pay off.

Now I've seen people freeze coffee into ice cubs and sub it in for regular ice to give it more of that angry bean flavor but to just used the cubed coffee seems counter intuitive and time consuming.

This new trend wants you to brew your coffee, freeze it into small ice cubes, toss it in a cup then add your milk, sugar and whipped to it.

Case and point the below video.

But, unless I'm missing something here, until your coffee cubes melt all your drinking is sugar milk. Then your left with all the strong coffee at the end of your drink. So your ratios are all off.

Is that what you coffee drinkers want? Sugar milk followed by aggressive angry coffee beans?

No judgment, I'm just curious. Anyways, if your answer was yes you can find the recipe here.
