With the current state of affairs I'm not really surprised by anything any more but I will say this video was hard to watch.
This video was captured after a teenager was detained and arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm however things quickly got out of hand as it appears officers took the interrogation too far.
What do you think? Stand operating procedure or did they go too far?
