UPDATE! The Latest on our Queen B!

Update: 11/15/20

Hey my fellow Britney Army members, our poor girl won some and lost some at the latest hearing on Tuesday.

First off this broke my heart" according to the New York Times her lawyer Sam Ingham told the judge,"My client has informed me she is afraid of her father." Ingham also said that, "She will not perform again if her father is in charge of her career." First off no one should ever be afraid of their parent, the person that is supposed to love them and have their best interset at heart, Britney loves performing, and now her father has ruined that for her too. I feel for our girl, he can't keep oppressing her. She hasn't even spoke to, father, Jamie in a long time according to Ingham.

Some good news though, the court judge did grant Britney her request to have the third party, Bessemer Trust, a corporate fiduciary; serve as the co-conservator of her estate. I'm glad she got something she wanted, it another step in the journey to get her free from her control freak of a father. Her lawyer referred to Brit as a "high-functioning conservatee." Sounds to me like she needs to be the give the opportunity to walk on her own to feet for once. Just let Britney take baby steps, to not overwhelm her and give her a safety net just encase but, damn Jamie, cut the cord, let the girl breathe and live her life! And for F*%^! sake actual listen to her when she talks! It's not about what he wants, but she NEEDS! He has to actually put her first or set her free! #freebritney

Update: 10/14/20

HUGE NEWS! Britney previous request with the court to hire her own litigation counsel was APPROVED.

As reported by BreathHeavy, "The Court finds that sufficient evidence has been provided to grant the matter on calendar this date based upon reading the moving papers and consideration of all presented evidence. The Court overrules the objections," the court docs state.

Her father, Jamie, was opposed to this and that's what makes this victory even sweeter, if you ask me. He wanted to handle this outside of court, he says to save on legal fees but if you ask me it's probable because he knows he's going to lose. This is just the first step in getting her out from under her father's control, so no wonder she will spare no expense.

She can now choose her own representation for the first time in 12 YEARS! She picked the law firm of Loeb & Loeb to represent her.

Update:10/10/20

It's tea time and the kettle is boiling over and so am I. I’ve got the latest on Britney Spears and the #freebritney movement.

As you may know as of March 2019 Andrew wallet, previous co-conservator, resigned and Jamie Spears wants him to come back, he even petitioned for his return but no longer is. I find the time of that and Wallet speaking out interesting but that just an observation. Wallet won’t come back anyways and that’s good because Britney doesn’t want him in charge of her because she doesn’t even really know him. He has finally spoken about the conservatorship, according toPeople; saying that the conservatorship “is in her best interest.” And that “It’s in place to protect her.” He says she may never come out of it.

Then her own lawyer apparently compared her mentally capacity to that of a comatose patient. Now I think he meant more of a legal standpoint because usually conservatorships are for people who are incapacitated and can’t make decisions for themselves, like someone in a coma. A bit of a harsh analogy in my opinion, but I’m hoping that comment doesn’t hurt her chance of getting her voluntary conservatorship.

I agree with Lance Bass when he says we don’t have all the facts to form a proper opinion, that being said, When I say #freebritney I mean free from the oppression. Get her out of her father’s control and give her the reasonable terms she asked for. In the terms of her VOLUNTARY conservatorship she asked for an independent third party to be conservator of her finances and control. She has suggested Bessemer Trust Company of California, N.A. I don’t know if her dad has her best interests at heart, she is a person and this is her life and what she is asking for sounds reasonable. To me Jamie seems like a control freak so the idea of not being able to control her estate must make him very upset. Hearing for the voluntary conservatorship is scheduled for November 10th and I hope she gets what her wants.

More on Lance Bass he came under fire for the last time he spoke about Britney and her situation in referent to mental state in medication but like he said we don't have all the info. I’m a longtime fan of his and I and want to believe him when he says that he thinks she’s okay because he spoke to her sister Jamie Lynn again. He didn’t get into the detail of the conversation to respect the family’s privacy, but he said got a good feeling at the end of the conversation. Update: 9/5/20

In the latest update, according to TMZ, Britney Spears is in full support of the #freebritneymovement AND wants the case to be open.

According to her lawyer,"... Britney herself is vehemently opposed to this effort by her father to keep her legal struggle hidden away in the closet as a family secret." Her father, Jamie, has had documents and file sealed in the past, but Britney want to be an open book. As if she wants us to see everything happening behind closed doors, so we know that we say #freebritney, it not a joke. We'll know the truth, and we'll call him out on it like we have been doing for the things we don't even see.

Jamie is still trying to control her, even more now that he wants to bring back his lawyer buddy, as co-conservator to oversee the estate. Britney wants it to be overseen by an independent party, so she is fighting her dad on this and I hope she wins.

We will get our girl free and Britney appreciated the support. In with her legal documents her lawyer included an article about the Free Britney Movement and stated that she wants to be able to make choices for herself. She deserved that right as a human being. We stand for her and with her and doesn't go unnoticed. According to the legal documents Britney "welcomes and appreciates the informed support of her many fans."

We love you, B!

Some more interesting information has come out during the roller coaster ride that is Britney's life.

According to court documents filed by her sister Jamie Lynn, she was made trustee for Britney' estate back in 2018. She was in charge of making sure Brit's boys taken care of, financially, if anything were to happen to her. Jamie Lynn wants to move or split the assets of the BJS Revocable Trust into one or more accounts, assuming one for each son; Sean Preston,14, & Jayden James, 13. Jamie Lynn wants to remain custodian in the account but she wants Fidelity Brokerage Services to manage the account. If this happen the money in the account(s) can't be touched without judges orders. IMO, sounds like JL is trying to have her sister back and keep Dad's dirty paws off B's money, which is really for her kids!

This make's sense, because Brit has said before that she doesn't want her dad to manage her estate. In fact she doesn't seem to want her dad in charge of anything. The conservator ship was about to expire and Britney petitioned the courts to keep Jodi Montgomery, her temporary conservator, in the position permanently. She made it clear that she does not want her dad to be in charge. The conservatorship was renewed this past weekend and it's now in effect until February 2021. For now she wants the terms to be updated. According to court filing her court-appointed attorney, Samuel D. Ingham III said, "We are now at a point where the conservatorship must be changed substantially in order to reflect the major changes in her current lifestyle and her stated wishes,"

Britney does want the conservatorship to end eventually but for now I think these terms are reasonable, so if we can't #freebritney yet we gotta make sure our girl keeps living her best life. Hang in there, B, we'll rescue you yet!

See our queen living her best life in her latest Instagram dance number. I Love her!

XOXO
