Oh man...how'd you like to write out this check every month?
Word is Kelly Clarkson has just been ordered to pay a massive amount of spousal and child support to her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock. We're talking almost $200,000 per month!
The Blast got a hold of some court documents that show a Los Angeles Superior Court judge has ruled that Kelly will owe her ex $45,601 in child support and $150,000 in spousal support every month! Yikes!
Now, she does make a lot of money, $1,583,617 each month, however, that still really stinks. It should be noted though that the amount is way less than he was hoping for. According to Radar, Blackstock was asking for $436,000 per month because he said he gave up his career in the entertainment industry to work as a full time rancher. He's a talent manager, and right now his only client is Blake Shelton, who just so happens to be a very good friend of Kelly Clarkson. Of course they've gotten to know each other very well as fellow coaches on The Voice. Something tells me Blake will be ditching Brandon as a rep once that contract is up!
And looks like Kelly will have to make some back payments as well as the award is retroactive to April 2021!
