New Details On This Year's Virtual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

We're finally getting some details about what this year's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade will look like. Obviously it's gone virtual because of the pandemic, so there won't be any crowds, but they are cramming in a lot of entertainment. We can expect pre-recorded performances from several Broadway shows including the cast of "Hamilton," "Ain't Too Proud," "Jagged Little Pill," and "Mean Girls." Singers Dolly Parton, Bebe Rexha, Patti Labelle, Jimmy Fallon and The Roots and Pentatonix will all perform as well. Parade staples the Radio City Rockettes will be kicking as usual, and the "parade" will wrap up with the Big Guy...Santa Claus will close out the show! As for those beloved giant balloons, they'll be secured to SUVs rather than people, and they'll only travel one block down 34th Street.

The 94th annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade will air on NBC on Nov. 26 from 9 a.m. - Noon
