The Rhode Island house that inspired the movie The Conjuring is going to be featured on a popular ghost hunting show this fall! The Travel Channel series Ghost Adventures is heading to Harrisville, Rhode Island, and will give us a long awaited look inside the real-life haunted house that inspired the hit horror movie. For years fans have tried to get a peek inside the famous house, pestering former owner Norma Sutcliffe so much that she filed a lawsuit against Warner Brothers. Norma claims the house is not haunted, and says she never saw anything weird happen in the home. She finally got fed up and sold the house earlier this year to Cory and Jennifer Heinzen, who are more open to talk of the paranormal. In fact, they plan to open the house to the public earlier this year! They’re also welcoming in a famous ghost hunting team to film an episode in the house. Get ready for Ghost Adventures: Halloween 2019! Zak Bagans and his team will do one of their famous lock-downs inside the house. Zak says he’s very excited about the investigation, "I'm speechless! That has been a dream of mine to investigate for years and I can't believe it's finally happening."
