Not only is this guy's artwork beautiful, it serves a very important purpose. Chicago artist Jim Bachor creates mosaic art with pictures of cats, food and flowers to fill potholes. Jim studied the technique in Ravenna, Italy, and he's been using his skills to patch potholes since 2013. So is he breaking the law by doing this? Jim's not sure, but he says the police know what he's doing, and have never told him to stop so he keeps on creating and filling those potholes!
