Jimmy Buffett Opens $370 Million Hotel in NYC!

I know where I want my next vacation to be. Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville Hotel just opened up in Times Square! As many other hotels in New York City are struggling to survive, the popular singer just opened a $370 million dollar, 32 story hotel in downtown Manhattan!

They had a ribbon cutting ceremony yesterday at the hotel at Seventh Avenue and 40th Street, and the legendary singer showed up to perform!

The hotel features five restaurants including the 5 O’Clock Somewhere bar, the License to Chill cocktail lounge and of course the famous Margaritaville Restaurant where you can enjoy Cheeseburgers in Paradise and Land Shark Lagers.

Rooms at the resort are pretty affordable for Manhattan, $220 for weeknights, $320 on the weekends with a three day minimum.
