Kardashians File Name Trademarks For North, Saint, Chicago, Stormi and True

The youngest members of the Kardashian clan are reportedly about to join the family business! TMZ published a report today stating that Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner have filed official court documents moving to trademark their children's names.

Saint West, North West and Chicago West were included in the filing, along with True Thompson and Stormi Webster. At this time it looks like Rob Kardashian's daughter Dream Kardashian - the only child to legally possess the Kardashian surname - was not included.

Kourtney Kardashian's children Mason Disick, Penelope Disick and Reign Disick were also excluded from the legal paperwork.

If their request is approved by the courthouse, the Kardashian-Jenner sisters would be legally approved to create brands in the names of their little ones. Products including a clothing line, toys and skin care treatments could be coming down the pipeline pretty soon!

Also included in the request is the potential for the children to endorse other companies' products, but specific brands are not mentioned.

Kylie also took it a step further, looking to trademark the term 'STORMIWORLD' which was the theme for her daughter's first birthday party. The name is a play off her boyfriend Travis Scott's 'ASTROWORLD' album and tour branding.

The party featured a giant replica of Stormi's head in tent form at the entrance, a mini amusement park with child friendly carnival games, a gift shop featuring 'STORMIWORLD' merch and much more. Attendants of the party enjoyed some french friends in 'SW' Louis Vuitton knock off packaging and mini 'STORMIWORLD' pizzas!

The potential is limitless for a 'STORMIWORLD' brand. Kylie could even eclipse the success she's had with Kylie Cosmetics if the courts give her the go-ahead!
