The Woonasquatucket River Greenway’s officially kicks off the 2017 season on Earth Day! Each year, WRWC joins with businesses, schools, and hundreds of community volunteers to engage in service through our Clean Days on the Greenway program along the Woonasquatucket River Greenway. Today is the first of many days where we will work together to improve, restore, clean and beautify the Woonasquatucket River Greenway! Join us in Merino Park for our Clean Days Kickoff, and help us start the season with a bang!

* FREE T-SHIRTS * when you pre-register.

Volunteers will do an annual spring spruce up in the park, cleaning up playgrounds, mulching trees, , cleaning up the river, painting new art, and cleaning the nature trails in Merino Park. Volunteers will also have the chance to join special projects nearby at our Lincoln Lace and Braid bike path gateway (projects in development). Help us make the Woonasquatucket River Greenway a great place to play!

FREE LUNCH to all participating volunteers!
Tools and gloves will be provided, but bring your own if you've got 'em!
